B2B Product Marketing executive:

Houzen is a B2B marketplace which is on a mission to optimise the interaction between corporate and buy to let landlords and agents. We are currently running pilot on sales, and will soon launch sales too. In 12 months+ of operation, we are already working with some of the largest landlords in London and several 100 agents. We have a very strong roster of angel investors who come from RE Private Equity
and Technology PE backgrounds. We have several powerful case studies where we have made the lettings process for corporate landlords more efficient.

We now need a content driven B2B product marketeer, who will help us spread our message and vision, and acquire more corporate landlords in the UK (and Germany, France + US).

Role description:
1. Create interesting, relevant, out of this world content to engage the userbase & investor base
2. Create digital marketing campaigns, including landing pages, blog posts, software update promos and present short videos on latest product news
3. Develop product positioning, collect feedback, and create impactful messaging to differentiate our products
4. Engage with clients and create content driven communities
5. Plan and host events and promote our product, and intellectual capital
6. Liaise with (internal and external) PR, product, marketing teams
7. Represent Houzen in offline (and online) public forums, and events. Public speaking/presentations

Other things we would love:
- Experience in campaign led marketing & content campaigns
- Experience engaging large audiences, comfort in public speaking will be a plus
- Skills in design
- Skills in other forms of content creation (video, photo, audio... etc.)
- Experience in metrics led marketing decisions
- Confidence to present on camera and work directly with clients
- Great organisation and time management skills to manage multiple projects at the same time

Your Experience
At least a year’s experience working in product marketing
Ideally you’ll have worked in a B2B role
Ideally you’ll have worked for a software company or in the tech industry
Experience with Pipedrive/Hubspot and Wix would be great, but not required
Experience utilising social media in a business context
Familiarity with Google Analytics
+ Undergrad at a business school/business degree would be a plus

Role specific needs: If you have the above, you will learn the rest pretty quickly :-)
