What your role would be:

We are looking for a Customer Success and Logistics Executive. This is an opportunity to become a founding and critical member of a fast-growing startup. You will be directly responsible for the on-time delivery of our customers' sports equipment. This is a role for an intelligent, motivated, organised self-starter who is looking for a job that has ample career advancement opportunities.

Your role will include:

Scheduling bookings over the phone or via our online channels
Actively monitoring those orders placed via SHERPR up to completion
Liaising directly with our couriers and their customer service representatives
Proactively liaising with different parties to ensure deliveries run smoothly
Providing feedback to all departments in order to improve our customer experience
Respond to customer requests via email and phone
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries
Contribute to the wider growth of a fast-paced startup

Requirements:

1-2 years experience
Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to up-sell customers from time to time
Fast learner and good time management
Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
Ability to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via telephone or email
Must be sound and fun to be around!
