We are looking for a highly motivated, charismatic and resilient new Customer Success Executive to join our team. LeSalon is the beauty service for the modern lifestyle. Simply select the treatment you want, tell us when & where, pay online and we'll take care of the rest. It’s 21st century beauty.

Your key responsibilities:

Customer Support: You will primarily be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service queries and complaints, via phone, email and live chat on the website. You will identify problems quickly and resolve them to provide the best possible outcome for our clients and the therapists who work with us.
Customer Engagement: You will be involved in our calls scheme, where we welcome and engage with new and returning customers via a friendly phone call.
Assist with ad-hoc projects: As a fast-growing startup our world moves pretty quickly - no day is the same. We all need to be willing to support the business meet its goals by working together as a team. This means you will get experience working closely with the Founders and all other members of the LeSalon Team.
