Job Title: Growth Associate – Business Development

Hours: 37.5 hours

Responsible to: Director of Operations and Delivery/ Operations Manager

Job Summary

As Growth Associate – Business Development, you will be required to provide vital assistance to members of the Draper and Dash Management Team. You will perform routine administrative duties, and CRM marketing tasks– your responsibilities will be inextricably tied to the success of the project you are working on. Driving everything forward from planning to implementation, your actions will directly influence the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the project.

Every project is different and therefore your duties will change accordingly. However, for the most part, you will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, generating leads for the business, project management, ad hoc business development tasks, preparing mailers, and liaising with members of other departments

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting With the Project Management of some of our R&D work streams
• Working on Customer Insight Reports
• Working on proposals
• Supporting on customer engagements
• Campaign promotions
• D&D have a smart approach to selling which will involve a lot of Linkedin outreach
• Arranging meetings for CEO and management team to take
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
• Use Excel and other Microsoft packages proficiently to maintain Databases and record information
• Use initiative and self-manage to ensure timely completion of daily activities
• Work with Marketing and other departments to ensure they are provided with the support they need to keep within project schedules
• Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Provide daily feedback reports to Line Manager
• Assist in coordination of Draper and Dash events

Required Skills

• Previous experience in coordinating the delivery of projects
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Independent quick learner with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
