We’re looking for a Customer Happiness Officer to help LuckyTrip travellers have amazing experiences.

We’re a young, small team and we love what we do. After an amazing UK launch we’re ready to take LuckyTrip global. Fancy it?

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• You’ll be the face of the LuckyTrip brand and the touchpoint for our loyal users. Whether it’s helping them to solve issues with their travel plans or recommending amazing things to see and do. You'll be talking to them on social, live chat, emails and phone.

• You’ll help with booking the customers travel (mainly flights & accommodation) and ensure they have all the relevant info before they travel. This will involve communicating with customers and liaising with travel providers.

• You’ll provide ad hoc support to other areas of the business. We’re a fast growing startup and we move pretty quickly - no day is the same. This means you will get experience working closely with the Founders and most other members of the LuckyTrip team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• This is a huge opportunity to work at one of the most exciting travel startups. We're looking for someone who's really ambitious and ready to work super hard to help us succeed.

• Our users love LuckyTrip so they’ll need to love you! You’ll be friendly, engaging, fun and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also have the drive to go above and beyond for them every day.

• You’re really bloody organised. Probably a list-maker kinda person… you’ll need to stay on top of things to keep our customers happy.

• Someone with absolute attention to detail - you don't wanna be mixing up your Palmas from your Las Palmas

• You're able to multitask - basically you have 8 arms!

• You're relatively well travelled. Maybe you went on a gap year, or maybe you’ve just had loads of holidays. You’ll need to use your instinct to help solve issues with our customers travel plans.

• You’re an independent worker, a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair

• You’re a creative person who can spot opportunities to help us continually innovate.

• You’re comfortable taking feedback and be keen to progress your learning and development.

• You get weirdly aroused at the thought of travel… we don’t blame you.

KEY SKILLS:

• Experience in a customer service oriented role

• A proactive & highly-motivated nature, with a desire to consistently outperform targets

• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• Good standard in verbal & numeracy skills

• Strong computer literacy skills

• Fluency in German (Verbal & Written)
