Thanks to an incredible 60-strong team in London and Lisbon and the backing of world-class investors including Version One, Forward Partners, Cherry Ventures, Partech and BP Ventures, we have already handled tens of thousands of bookings since our launch just two years ago. As a member of our Supply team, you will work to ensure a steady supply of vehicles to the Drover platform. In particular, you will spend approx. 50% of your time sourcing new fleet partner leads and finding a way to get our foot in the door with these potential partners. During the rest of your day, you will manage and grow existing fleet accounts by building strong relationships with key individuals and becoming their go-to person within Drover. Over time, you can expect to progress to full-cycle business development management, representing Drover in crucial supply partnership negotiations.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree from a leading university

- 1-3 years of experience in an operations, business development, sales or account management role in a high-growth startup - ideal but not essential

- A relentless hustler - you don’t stop until you accomplish what you set out to achieve

- A people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- A highly organized individual
