Disciple was founded in 2014 with a mission to help Publishers take control of the relationship with their most valuable audience. Our roots lie in the music industry, but our passion extends to communities of any shape or size.

We have built thriving communities for global Brands such as the Rolling Stones, the UK’s first constituency community for Matt Hancock, Britain’s Secretary of State for Digital, celebrity chefs, think tanks, charities, crypto currencies and major brands - the list goes on. All our customers have one thing in common - a shared passion in nurturing their community on a platform they define and they control.

The role:
To help us grow and scale as a company, we’re now making our platform available
on a SaaS basis. To support this transformation, we are looking for our first
professional sales warriors to spearhead and create hyper growth.

You will report to our: Chief Commercial Officer

You will be working alongside our talented sales team, assisting and learning how to:
● Create, own and execute Go To Market plans for vertical markets
● Drive market growth
● Recruit referral partners
● Feedback market requirements on Disciple’s product to our product/engineering team.
● Be involved in product market positioning and build out of customer messaging
● Drive successful sales calls and meetings with thorough sales training
● Plan sales strategy and tactics
● Sales theory, methods, practice

What we offer:
● Salary £350 per week and the chance to earn bonuses up to £200 per week
