Stashbee is a marketplace for storage. Think Airbnb, but for boxes. We're here to make storage space easy, affordable and convenient for everyone, everywhere.

Between moving houses, becoming Britain’s next top hoarders and travelling, we found that we just didn't have enough storage space. We tried using self-storage companies and found them to be super expensive, inconveniently located and out-dated. We wanted to store our stuff nearby, with like-minded people, without spending a ‘boxload’ of cash. So we started Stashbee to connect people who need space with people who have too much of it.

We are a fast growing, revenue generating start-up. We have had amazing traction to date, been featured in the BBC, The Times, Daily Mail, have been through the ignite Accelerator programme and have spent the last year building a team, developing our world class website and growing our Host network. We have had some amazing achievements to date:

· Hosted over 40,000 Storage Days
· 35% MoM Host Growth
· 9.6 out of 10 on Trustpilot by our delighted Guests and Hosts
· 25% increase in revenue last month (May 2018)

We have just finished our second round of funding (raising a whopping £900,000) and are now ready to rapidly scale and grow the business. You would be the 10th member of the team!

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Our vision is to make storage easy, available and affordable for everyone in London, the UK and the world! With that in mind, we launched Stashbee to give likeminded people a new and better way to meet and store. Turns out a lot of people agree with us and we’re growing fast, with a 10 fold increase in sales last year! We plan on sustaining this growth throughout 2018/19 and are looking for the right person to join the GUEST SALES TEAM to help us smash these targets!


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Increase the performance of our storage spaces by managing the guest funnel and converting leads into sales!
· Dealing with guest enquiries via phone, chat function and email to help explain Stashbee to new guests and help facilitate move ins
· Building relationships with guests and keeping on top of move ins, move outs, missed payments etc.
· Sopport the parallel process of Host on-boarding (some days are crazy on one side of the business, so it’s all hands on deck – ask us what happened when we were the top trending article and video on the BBC!)
· Delivering unparalleled service and consistently earning 5 star customer reviews


OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (as Required):

· Help with marketing and promo activities, act as a brand ambassador for Stashbee
· Facilitate guest viewings for Stashbee managed spaces
· Conduct Host inspections where required
· Other ad hoc tasks (no role is ever that specific in a startup!)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We expect the next year to be an incredibly exciting and busy time for Stashbee as we scale the business in London and the rest of the UK (for now). We’re looking for a special kind of person to join us working full time at our offices in Shoreditch:

· At least one year’s experience - a sales focused role and familiarity with target focused sales goals is preferred but not essential
· Prior customer facing / relationship management experience (preferred but not essential)
· Highly motivated, high energy person who is excited about growing and scaling a start-up business with a big vision – you’re motivated by ambitious targets you may want to run your own business one day ;)
· Work well under pressure, can think on your feet, be proactive, and manage time well. Multi tasking is essential!
· A positive & friendly attitude, empathetic, a great listener, you thrive when building great relationships with customers
· A “can do” person, with an understanding that in an early stage of a start-up, there’s no such thing as a job that’s too small
· Occasional weekend hours may be required in order to provide a 7 day a week service to our customers. Where necessary a rota will be drawn up and hours shared out across the team, (we will of course offer days in lieu for this)
· You will regularly have excellent suggestions for the Stashbee Team Spotify Playlist, and can contribute terrible jokes/puns/anecdotes/GIFs to the team.

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

· £20,000 - £24,000 (based on experience) – plus additional sales-based incentives
