We’re preparing to open a brand new location in London, and we’re on the hunt for a fantastic Membership Manager to take the lead on growing a new client base in an amazing new space.


Heading up sales, we need an ambitious, meticulous leader with flawless people skills.



The Job: The Nitty Gritty


This job is all about people. From identifying fantastic entrepreneurs who we’d love to work with to keeping a close eye on how all our current members are doing, this role lives and dies on the ability to see what people need, and delivering it.


The Membership Sales Manager is the eyes and ears of the whole operation – you’ll know everyone and everyone will know you – and alongside the rest of the sales team you’ll be responsible for growing our membership, maintaining fantastic relationships with our members and coming up with new ways to improve everything we do.


What You’ll Be Doing


Powering up our membership
Finding great leads, following them up with grace and tact, leading to high conversion rates and happy members. You are as comfortable approaching someone at an event as you are crafting a killer subject line, keeping a finger on the pulse and coming up with new ideas to attract the very best talent the UK tech scene has to offer.


Retaining top talent
Working with our Community team, you’ll be the first port of call for our members – making sure they have the best possible time with us. Helping to develop a solid gold service plan, maintaining our top standards, you’ll always know what events are taking place, how our members could benefit most and who to connect with who.


Generally kicking ass
It’s not just about getting people in, or even making sure they stay. It’s about waking up every day thinking – ‘how can we make our service better?’ Putting feedback structures in place, conducting exit interviews and working with Sales, Marketing and Community to experiment with new ways of delighting our members.

A diligent business brain


You’ve got experience working in business development, tracking sales, understanding conversion rates – as well as the determination to always do better. You’re process driven, you’re powered by results and excited about finding new ways to experiment and improve the system


Community obsessed


You love making links, making connections – finding ways to bring like-minded people together. You’ll keep a close eye on relations within our growing portfolio of brilliant entrepreneurs, asking questions, getting involved and finding ways of making new introductions and forging new opportunities.


Most of all, we need someone who will throw their all into our mission. We need someone who will join us in going above and beyond to build something great. We give our team equity in our business – not just because that’s only fair, but because we want you to feel as much ownership as we do.
