Customer Success Manager

(₤40 - ₤55 per year)

This is an exciting role managing some of our most strategic, high-growth accounts as we expand into the US and grow our revenue dramatically this year. Your primary objectives will be to:


  • Make our customers happy through strategic consultancy
  • Demonstrate their success through use of our software
  • Drive user adoption
  • Ensure customer retention and renewals
  • Grow the ARR on your accounts through market/topical community/departmental expansion

About Onalytica
Onalytica is an innovative startup providing an end-to-end solution for influencer discovery, marketing and relationship management. With in-depth analysis to support influencer programmes, our customers are able to inform their influencer engagement strategies and demonstrate their success, which has led to some great case studies with brands like Lenovo, Coca-Cola, Sage, IBM, Microsoft, VMware and Shelter. As influencer marketing is a relatively new area, our customers place considerable value on the consultancy we offer them to help them succeed. We have just received additional investment and are expanding rapidly this year.


What we are looking for

  • Excellent communications skills (able to distill complex concepts clearly and succinctly)
  • Ambition and drive (takes initiative and can demonstrate success on something outside their main responsibilities)
  • Excellent commercial understanding and results
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience of social media/marketing would be helpful
  • Additional languages, especially German, a plus
