Role Overview

As a digital native, you will be integral force to lead and support the efforts of the wider marketing team: NB Campaign marketing, Account Client Marketing, Content, Brand & Comms.
Analyse current performance, plan how best to serve existing customers and acquire new business, take campaign and marketing plans out through digital channels, evaluate, and adjust to maximise digital performance.
This is a key appointment and seen as pivotal to delivering ambitious business growth. The role requires a highly collaborative approach, working across commercial business operations in addition to their role within the existing Marketing team – this role will provide much needed technical expertise, influence and business value for Sales, Account, Product Marketing, and the Management team.
Key Responsibilities

Develop a corporate proposition for digital excellence to support the wider efforts of the integrated marketing team strategy. The strategy will provide a clear set of actions and priorities, and a plan to execute it (including a 12-18 month development roadmap) with a compelling commercial rationale for the associated investment.
The ultimate objective will be to ensure that the website and associated digital frameworks established, can be the major site for lead generation and conversions in the medium to long term.
Ensure that the wider digital strategy incorporates a holistic plan including PPC, Adwords/Search and SEO – to optimise organic and paid search campaigns.
Ensure that the strategy also highlights a considered and robust corporate LinkedIn lead-generation campaign strategy – to lift and propel our lead-generation efforts for business development.
Other display advertising techniques and recommendations to be incorporated into the strategy as fit-for-purpose and deployed if it can help increase revenue.
Develop solid KPIs and objectives as a key member of an industrialised sales and marketing engine, leading the efforts on defining and delivering on a combined annual revenue target for the website.
Ensure digital marketing operations within the marketing team and the business are streamlined and well communicated to allow rapid go-to-market processes.
Ensure the right decisions are made and right processes are in place in term of technical cross-platform integration and technical maintenance.
Use strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identify trends and insights in campaign and engagement performance, and optimise spend and performance based on those insights.
Improve on existing plans, help execute, and measure content experiments and conversion rate tests to improve customer experience and lead generation.
Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams, take an active involvement in creating digital journeys, and optimise user and customer experience.
Define and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs
Competencies and Experience

Solid B2B Marketing Experience
Strong CRM and salesforce skills, PPC, Display, Email, SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, A/B testing,(bonus points for website development skills) Integration of analytics (web, google, facebook etc) Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and increasing revenue through advertising.
A proven track record of coordination and running integrated digital acquisition campaigns that optimise website and online content, improve Google search rankings and continually improve the effectiveness of PPC, display networks and social media activity
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords, Bing, LinkedIn, Twitter and LinkedIn campaigns
BS/MS degree in Digital Marketing,
Digital Development or a related field
5+ years in a Senior Digital Marketing role
Desirable Skills

Be action orientated, deeply analytical and motivated by driving business impact
Work with content team to generate SOV on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and all other social media hubs.
Experience in planning and executing content marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging content.
Creative with experience in identifying and reaching target audiences, devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, educate, advise and motivate to convert.
Proven experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Google Search Console)
Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
