You’d join our Client Solutions team as an Account Executive helping clients like BMW, Open University and Heineken deliver exceptional marketing campaigns using our software platform.


Driftrock is a marketing technology and service business based in Old Street, London that helps brands grow their business on Social Media and Search. As a Facebook and LinkedIn Marketing Partner, our technology helps connect data to deliver advertising people actually want to see!

Everyone in the team believes passionately that marketing can be better, from Account Managers to Engineers, all of whom are based in Old Street in London.


We are looking for an enthusiastic teammate who is keen to learn more about digital marketing and will take the opportunity to make the role their own. You’ll be working alongside a team with decades of experience in digital marketing, helping to launch cutting edge campaigns for our client base.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
• Assisting Account Managers in helping a range of clients succeed with our software;
• Delivering fantastic customer service and adding value to client businesses at all times;
• Forging strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and assisting in strategic planning;
• Resolving client queries and issues;
• Working with the product development team on the technical implementation of client accounts;
• Collaborating with client managers/partners and the product development team to design new product features and improve existing ones;
• Educating clients on social media best practice and new product launches;
• Working with channel partners such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Google to deliver cutting edge solutions for clients.


. Prior experience in account management and/or customer success (Desirable);
. Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
. Strong organisation skills, able to multitask and work independently;
. Experience of working within a team;
. Strong people skills, able to build rapport with a range of teammates and clients;
. Problem solving and analytical skills;
. Strong numeracy skills and experience with Excel;
. Can do attitude and a willingness to learn;
. Technically proficient when exposed to new software;
. Passionate about a career in digital marketing;
. You have the right to work in the UK.
