Pass the Keys is a fast-growing short-let property management company. We manage hundreds of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and Homeaway across 10 cities in the UK. Who We Want

We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team for 12 months fixed term (covering maternity leave) you will be part of the Leadership team and will work closely working with the CTO, COO, CMO and report directly into the Founder.

As part of the Senior leadership team, the Head of Sales will oversee and maintain the end-to-end sales processes, systems and all areas including new business, partnership, and sales management.

You will be responsible for the strategy, team development/retention and the sales plans at Pass the Keys.

You will manage a team of inbound sales executives in the London office, as well as growth for all our cities through business development and partnerships.

What You Will Be Doing

Increase Sale function success:
Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and KPI’s
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
Creating scalable business processes
Contributing to the company's overall strategy
Results and target focused and have a track-record of reaching and exceeding targets
Feedback the needs and desires of the clients to the product development team
Provide key sales data for business leadership (reporting)

Lead a team:
Work with, developing and managing a successful sales team
Ensuring the organisation has an effective sales training programme
Implementing best practice in sales techniques throughout the department
Maximising new business development opportunities
Excellent sales skills and lead from the front by demonstrating to the team how to sell over the phone and face to face
Experience motivating and inspiring a team that has been inherited building credibility
Management of successful salespeople and clear know-how on what a successful sales environment looks like

Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
Be a problem solver, quick to find solutions, communicate and deliver them effectively
Ensuring the CRM is used effectively and kept up-to-date.
Comfortable interpreting data.

Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a sales leader or 7+ years in senior sales roles
Highly motivated sales professional and manager
Successful track record of hitting revenue targets
Proven track record of building a Sales team, hands-on leadership experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hit the ground running and be flexible to respond quickly to new situations
Ability to directly coordinate with internal stakeholders to reach shared objectives.
Experience in B2B and B2C
Ideally, experience with inbound and outbound telephone sales
