Driftrock is on the hunt for an experienced Product Manager who shares our passion to make marketing better. Working closely with our CEO, you will be responsible for the product roadmap, delivery and optimisation of the Driftrock platform, that is used by brands like BMW, Open University and Honda across the world.


With the disruption of people-based marketing platforms like Facebook, Google and LinkedIn, people data has become core to all digital media strategies. At Driftrock we help brands use their people-data to make advertising something people want to see, whilst making it easy to protect Privacy. We do this using our unique technology platform and close relationships with platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn where Driftrock is an official Marketing Partner.

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the entire product lifecycle. This includes everything from customer development, ideation and the roadmap, to UX, data analysis and working with engineers. You'll be the glue across our marketing, client, sales and engineering team, reporting directly to the CEO to help shape the product and our strategy.

We're a small company of 18 people based in Old Street with a global footprint where companies big and small use out technology. Every decision you make has a big impact, and we all have the chance to craft and create the culture and company as we grow.

. You will be working with the CEO on the product vision, strategy and innovation to deliver products that brands and end consumers will love;
. You’ll manage the product lifecycle, roadmap and prioritisation, in close collaboration with our CTO and engineering team;
. Researching new 3rd party tools, technologies, user interfaces and competitors to improve our solutions;
. You will lead and nurture our relationships with Facebook, LinkedIn and Google product teams;
. Live and breathe quantitative and qualitative data to optimise our products;
. Work with marketing teams you’ll communicate our product vision and solutions to drive adoption internally and externally;
. Champion Continuous Improvement in our product and engineering team;
. Talking with customers and prospects regularly to drive Customer Development.


. An experienced Product Manager with proven success in delivering products from idea to success and scale;
. Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver a product on time;
. Experience working directly with Engineers to deliver web or mobile applications;
. Naturally creative with an eye for brilliant design and usability - Design or UX experience desirable;
. You are interested in agile practices such as kanban, lean, continuous delivery and retrospectives;
. Great communication and interpersonal skills;
. A strong technical understanding of how web applications work and are deployed;
. Smart, passionate and able to learn new things quickly;
. Passionate about marketing with ideas on how it can and should be better (although no experience in marketing necessary).
