Since launching in 2014, CommuterClub has been growing rapidly, supported by an impressive crowd of angel investors.
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and help us tell commuters what a great deal they can get with CommuterClub.
You will be a key driver of new customer acquisition either by phone, mail and even social media.
• Sell CommuterClub via phone and online chat.
• Be comfortable consulting with customers to identify needs and offer solutions through CommuterClub’s payment plan
• High activity levels with aim to achieve sales targets (best of all – there is no cold calling!)
• Represent a unique new way to commute in a positive and exciting way
• Handling customer queries and questions in an efficient and timely manner
• You will take accountability and ownership for overall sales performance
• Incredible persuasive phone manner (our number one criteria!)
• Prior telesales experience a plus
• Eagerness, energy, and ability to learn quickly
• Smart with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn and ability to take feedback
• Strong work ethic, drive and persistence

• £25000 OTE Full-time (Part-time possible for the right candidate!)
