Your mission will be to present the very best venues on hirespace.com and foster a loyal, engaged community of venue managers who benefit from Hire Space, are advocates of the brand, and who will ultimately help us to grow the company for the benefit of all its stakeholders, themselves included.


Leadership and Culture – Ultimately responsible for the Venue Success team mission, and for ensuring that the relentless pursuit of this mission is fundamental to the day to day operations of the team, and that it provides context to the daily activity of that team – Delivery of training initiatives, and the development and maintenance of training resources, so that everyone is aware of their role in the Venue Success team and how to grow and develop in it; ultimately building a happy, thriving team – Professional and personal development of your direct reports, so they are are always developing in their roles and excelling; in addition, performance management of these direct reports, and the setting and monitoring of KPIs – Being an advocate for our venue community internally; ensuring all departments work to support the mission of the Venue Success team in the work they do – Above all else, being an outstanding role model for the Venue Success team in the way in which you embody the Hire Space values and work towards the Venue Success team mission


Fast Track – Responsibility for the automated Fast Track process, alongside the Fast Track Manager, both for bookers and for venue. This includes the development of processes, ownership of the P&L and acting as a product owner and working closely with the Transformation Team – Ultimately, providing a seamless experience for our Fast Track bookers in order to support the scaling of the Hire Space brand


Venue Acquisition and Onboarding – Development of venue acquisition processes (and line management of a Venue Acquisition Executive) to ensure a consistent stream of new and high value venues to the site; When a new venue opens, it should go to Hire Space first


Promotions – Overseeing go to market strategy, sales and operations for the promotions product. This includes responsibility maintaining impeccable standards for sales activity, account management process and the successful execution of campaigns – Ultimate responsibility for Promotions revenue and margins, and for developing a promotions strategy in tune to the modern marketing requirements of our venues


Venue Marketing – Overseeing all CRM activities for our venues, including newsletters, targeted automated campaigns and Hire Space Awards communications; ensuring that our venues are in tune to our latest news, product updates and brand communications, and that engagement rates for our venue marketing communications are always increasing
Overseeing Venue community events and other field marketing activity designed to increase engagement with our venues
