Sales Account Manager


Homie exists to take the hassle out of the home finding process. We do this by totally relieving the renter of doing any of the hard work. Think of Homie as their own personal shopper who shows them only the homes that match their criteria. Equipped with our bespoke technology we are connecting renters to the right homes faster than ever before.


We’re looking for people to help supercharge our sales team, accelerate our growth and keep our renters happy. Your role will be central to help improve both our service and processes as we prepare to take over the London rental space. Are you in?


You will be joining a fun and young team of passionate people that are responsible for finding renters the best homes in London! You will serve as their main point of contact. You will be helping them navigate the rental market and securing them the home they love. You will know your East London warehouse from your West London penthouse and everything in between.


What you will do


Search for the best properties (using our proprietary technology)
Responsible for educating, retaining and closing renters
Have ownership over key accounts – building relationships with London Estate Agents and nurturing our renters
Provide constant support, advice, and guidance to our renters to help them find the best property to call home
Schedule viewings for key accounts with respective estate agents
Negotiate offers on behalf of the renters with the estate agents
Ensure targets are met and processes are improved
Effectively pipeline manage your customers
Contribute to sales strategy and product functionality
Provide support with tech issues users experience
Contribute to sales forecasting with Sales leads & Head of Operations
Conduct health checks on customers regularly and provide reports on their status


What we expect


Excellent spoken and written English
Second language is preferable
World class communication skills
City Knowledge – You know your way around central London
Able to hold professional conversations over the phone and in person
Calm under pressure and able to think independently
Well organised with attention to detail
Property experience is not necessary but beneficial
Motivated by the ability to close
