We are looking for a highly strategic and proactive Account Manager to join our London team. You’ll own client relationships within our growing portfolio clients, including some of the world’s top brands. Client verticals include fashion, grocery, health & beauty, food and e-commerce to name a few. You will be joining a great team at one of the most promising companies in Europe; surrounded by serial entrepreneurs passionate about disrupting existing models through technology.


Educate, develop, retain and engage our top tier accounts
Maximise adoption of Stuart by key clients, in turn maximising our revenue opportunity
Build deep and ongoing relationships with senior decision makers
Keep up to date with product changes and development
Identify churn risks within the portfolio and mitigate
Manage client events and other goodwill building strategies
Develop effective but resource efficient ways to keep tier 2 and 3 accounts engaged
Understand client potential to forecast and then deliver quarterly delivery targets

2+ years relevant work experience
Great interpersonal skills and good at building long-lasting relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment.
Strong use of insights and confidence around data-driven decision making
Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills
Be a good team player that will enjoy pitching in to help everyone succeed
Preferably experience in a high-growth business environment or startup
