You will be responsible for designing, deploying and analysing a major strategic initiative to scale consumer adoption through 2019. You will be excited about being creative and finding the most cost effective way of driving consumer market share. The Role and You

You will begin with owning projects to drive acquisition and retention of tens of thousands of active users, from research through to execution. You will be responsible for building and managing a suite of digital marketing tools to determine efficacy of campaigns and optimising referral marketing.
You will be initially working with our CEO on growth projects and be supported in your work by the Head of Product and Development team.

The initial job scope will include, but will not be limited to:

- Build a plan/strategy to acquire renters
- Define, test and evaluate usage and engagement growth initiatives.
- Manage tracking of your initiatives, reporting insights across the team.
- Execute and manage channels.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that growth related projects are prioritised and executed well.
- Managing external relationships where we may work with growth partners.

Your experiences will include some of the following:

- Proven track record of consumer growth in another vertical from hundreds of thousands to millions of users
- Analytical rigour, data-driven decision process and proven analytical skills
- You must know how to quantitatively analyse marketing programs.
- Experience with marketing tools like hubspot, Localytics, Google -Analytics/Adwords preferred.
- Five years of data analytics and digital marketing experience, preferably with a startup / customer-facing product.
- Proficient in activation and retention marketing including push notifications, email marketing and retargeting.
- Mobile app experience is essential
- Knowledge of referral schemes
- Strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of B2C mobile marketing and mobile attribution solutions
- SEO experience
- Advanced HTML, SQL is a bonus
- CRM skills would be a big win
- Creative design skills
- Copywriting skills
