Data Analysts for a Customer Service Management Company

at MarkStrat UK in Derby

MarkStrat is a customer service management company. We are looking for a data analysis to work with our clients to help collate, analyse and report findings of our services in a coherent and understandable way.

The MarkStrat website is currently in build, and is due to be released by the start of December.
MarkStrat is initially looking to offering user testing services, but also has the intention to quickly expand into mystery shopping, in-store compliance auditing, and social media reputation management.

As a co-founder, you will be integral to the success of this start up, and will initially be rewarded with equity. Salaries will be to follow oner the next 6-12 months (this is based on the 2 co-founders working part time initially, and running for funding mid-2019).

Our services are applicable to all businesses with consumer facing touchpoints, across all industries, products and services.

Main responsibilities:

- You will use your analytical skills, initiative and ideas to transform the raw data into meaningful insights that can be understood by our clients and help them make business decisions.
- Automating delivery forecasting and create predictive models for our clients based on data available.
- Provide valuable insights into any chosen market relevant to our client base. This content creation will be delivered through a range of webinars, blogs and white papers.
- You will work closely with the CEO to deliver automation within all functions of the business, and will have a passion to build long term solutions rather than one off answers, to support the effective and efficient growth of the business.
- As a co-founder you will be accountable for prioritising, planning and delivering the most value adding work for the team.
- Be proficient with excel, and have the confidence to bring onboard other analytical tools and softwares to help deliver the best reporting function for clients (such as Tableau, Looker and Periscope).

- You will be a clear and concise communicator, able to work autonomously with stakeholders to shape analytical requests that deliver the most valuable insight in the most timely manner.
- The role will suit someone who is looking for a part time position where they can own their work, whilst making serious and immediate impact to a growing startup.
- Ideally be a flexible worker, including late nights and weekends to begin with.
- You will bring energy and positivity to the role; looking for every opportunity to learn and grow from a personal and business perspective.
- It will be a benefit to have experience with Google Analytics, digital understanding, user experience design, and handling optimisation tools and A/B testing
