We’re focused on maintaining and growing our property supply side of our marketplace which is made up of letting agents and build-to-rent developers all across London. They are absolutely central to our business and we’re looking for a superstar who can own the entire post-sales relationship, including onboarding, ongoing retention, upselling and managing relationships.

Through ‘get-to-know-you’ calls, email conversations and meetings with new customers, you’ll build strong relationships that persist through (and lengthen) the lifecycle of the customer.

You will develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.

You’ll work closely with the sales team to smoothly transfer ownership of a prospect who’s become a customer, and with the product team to ensure that queries are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction as quickly as possible.

· Building, Designing and Delivering face to face QBRs to key agents reporting on performance and company and product updates
· Provide monthly reporting metrics to agents along with suggestions for future success
· Ensures all customers are successfully using Movebubble products and proactively identify any gaps in customer knowledge or use
· Managing the health of existing customers
· Post-sales consultations including onboarding and organising and running weekly product training done via share-screen
· Be the voice of customers on product feature requests
· Identify and asses renewal risks for existing customers
· Be the first port of call for customers and is available to answer any in-bound questions as well as pro-actively managing relationships
· Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.



· At least 2 years experience in a similar role where you managed client’s accounts, built reports and attending meetings regularly
· Ability to understand the needs/pain points of current and potential clients, showing empathy and winning
their trust
· Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
· Proficiency in working in a Microsoft Office environment, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
· Problem solving and smart


· Sales skills and experience: Although not a selling role you should have an understanding of sales and sales process

· Knowledge and understanding of London letting agents and developers or London Property Market
· Data and analytic skills

Strong business acumen including experience working in a B2B environment.

You can stand your ground in tough situations and be able to adapt to each customers business style.
