The Role
The Campus Marketing Manager will be part of a growing marketing team, which is responsible for developing, promoting and delivering our service to the undergraduate student population on university campuses and beyond. We believe all of our members deserve the best possible start to their career and the Campus Marketing Manager will play a vital role ensuring we are true to this mission.

Your Responsibilities
- Planning our campus strategy and running activities across universities in the UK, with the opportunity to recruit for and lead a team in key periods
- Ensure Bright Network is an up-to-date brand on campus, reaching students on a regular basis
- Drive campus acquisition of new members, ensuring we hit targets across the year
- Growing and managing our society partnerships to increase student engagement with our services
- Leading and developing our Brand Ambassador Scheme to reach over 30 universities
- Running events and workshops to upskill our student members and engage them with early careers advice
- Innovating to ensure we’re offering students the best on-campus and digital experience
- Working within the marketing and membership services teams to ensure our students love the service we offer
- The Community Manager has the ability to really define their role and bring new ideas to a fast-paced environment, while helping us become the No.1 place for internships and graduate careers.

Requirements
- Excellent communicator, both in-person and online
- Strong organisation skills
- Sociable and a strong relationship builder
- Interest in marketing and the student market
- Confident and proactive
- Willingness to work flexibly in a small business environment
- Driven, proactive and happy to roll up sleeves and get stuck in
