The Role


The new Digital Account Manager joins our growing Digital and Marketing team here in central London. The person will deliver key campaigns on behalf of our wide-ranging clients, while ensuring our members receive a brilliant service. It’s the perfect role for someone with experience in building client relationships, who can communicate key marketing messages effectively.


Your responsibilities


  • Take the lead on delivering our key client’s digital campaigns; ensuring strong ROI and excellent service
  • Liaise directly with the client after hand over from our sales team, giving them an end-to-end service – discussing objectives, setting up the campaign, delivering and reporting back
  • Compose communications to members, across email, push notifications and social media – ensuring our brand is consistent across all channels
  • Find complex solution to our clients’ challenges, while building deep relationships*- Manage intern and temporary resource to ensure effect delivery for clients
  • Support our team to ensure member engagement increases across our network
  • Support marketing team in collateral production – both digital and physical
  • Input into the strategy on member engagement, marketing initiatives and more

Requirements


  • At least 2 years working in a client-facing role (e.g. project management/digital delivery)
  • Expertise in managing clients
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Innovative thinker, who can drive ideas forward
  • Confident and proactive
  • Commercially astute
  • Willingness to work flexibly as required in small business environment

Preferred

  • Experience with SalesForce, Google Analytics and Dotmailer (not required)
  • Experience with graphic design (not required)
