Digital Marketing/SEO Manager

Leadiro is looking for a Digital Marketing Superstar to join our team in London. You’d be one of the founding members involved in promoting our cutting edge MarTech SaaS product.

You’ll be a naturally creative thinker who gets a buzz out of working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Working in a standalone role reporting to the Leadership team you’ll ensure that our online brands are visible, exciting and drives demand for our services. We’re a growing business, on a mission to dramatically increase our size in the next few years; so, you’ll be hands-on in your approach, great at building relationships and quick to collaborate. Your days will be busy, hectic and challenging but always varied, fun and rewarding.

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced digital manager who will be responsible for:

• Lead all elements of digital strategy, planning and execution - from initial concept to final delivery and ROI measurement. SEO, PPC, sponsored content & outreach
• Technical on-site SEO implementation, including keyword research, content optimisation
• Improving the customer’s journey to acquisition
• Increase our inbound lead generation through digital activities
• Take a lead on new marketing technology that will fast track our ambition
• Measure and analyse the data to drive continual improvement
• Be prepared to take a risk, push boundaries and challenge the status quo

Desired skills and experience:

• Hands-on B2B digital marketing experience with proven results
• E-Commerce SEO experience
• Demonstrable experience of working autonomously on SEO campaigns
• Experience of CMS and automation platforms (we currently use WordPress), SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, CRO, Retargeting
• In-depth understanding of user journeys and digital engagement
• Be an ideas person who delivers consistently against objectives
• Be an open and engaging communicator

Ideally you’ll have a background in B2B SaaS marketing and as the first full-time marketer in the team, you’ll be fundamental at a high level in formulating marketing strategy, managing budgets and reporting progress to company management, but you’ll need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved with all the other day to day activities that small teams have to perform.
