Marketing Lead / Community Builder

(₤35000 - ₤50000 per year)

The purpose of this role is to increase brand awareness (actively building and engaging our huge and growing community of data scientist and machine learning engineers as well as generating strong market qualified leads who we can genuinely help solve real problems). You’ll be creating the stories and strategies necessary to deliver this.

How you will achieve your goals will be up to you, but in the main, we envisage something along these lines:
-Planning “go-to-market” strategy and executing on offline and digital marketing campaigns, maximising online leads and increasing brand awareness
-Defining user segments and key messaging for each, improving conversion rate of key channels
-Managing our website and social media accounts, creating interesting, relevant, high quality content to engage our user base & investor base (tell our story!)
-Developing an automated marketing flow for users , manage email marketing activity and create weekly newsletters to send to B2B and channel partner lists
-Analysing and reporting on all activity and KPIs to help inform and provide recommendations for future content, promotions, and campaigns
-Utilising your ability self-motivate, problem solve and get creative with your projects - working both independently and alongside our technical and engineering teams

About you
-You’ll have a solid understanding of digital marketing in the B2B space
-You’ll be a data-driven, tech-savvy marketer willing to have a crucial impact on the product development and community growth.
-You’ll be comfortable managing marketing & advertising processes, working with databases, analytics software and automation.
-You’ll love talking about us and leading relationships with our community.

You have:
-Solid experience in B2B, low touch, high volume, digital marketing campaigns and online community management
-A track record of working with various marketing channels + optimizing them
-Some excellent growth hacks up your sleeve
-Experience working with online communities
-Experience utilising social media in a business context
-Experience working with data from different analytics and event tracking systems (GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) and making metric-based marketing decisions
-Excellent communication skills, Comfortable working with employees at all levels in the business
