Eastnine is a brand new audio coaching service for runners built around the idea that it’s better to train with others. Working with professional athletes and coaches from Team GB and beyond, we’re building a digital training platform to give you structured audio running sessions and creative sports content when and where you want it.
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to join our team in London and help us build an active, engaged community of runners.
With backing from some of Europe’s top VCs and angels, we’re building an exciting team around a healthy cause. Come join us.
_Be the primary face and host of our community, hosting events and directly engaging with our members, managing feedback loops into the business
_Manage and grow our presence across social media through creating and curating interesting and relevant content
_Research and implement various strategies to grow the Eastnine following
_Monitor performance, reporting regularly against objectives and targets
_Collaborate with our coaches and ambassadors to create compelling content for use across all social channels
_Conduct and manage research initiatives, working with the Head of Talent & Community to enable us to stay ahead of what our community want and need
_Lead event planning, design and production and manage project delivery within time and budget limits
_Attend relevant industry events, representing the company to potential partners and identifying future opportunities
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
_Previous experience managing and growing online communities
_Deep understanding of and passion for fitness, running and sport in general
_Experience delivering high quality creative content (copy, image, video)
_Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
_A general understanding of wider marketing functions
_Highly proactive, entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and go-getter attitude
