As a Content Writer, your mission is to create engaging & highly valuable content that empowers our target audience to reach their business goals and make the move into property development.
You will produce written content and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to transform it into multimedia content, infographics e-books infographics and more to maximise the impact of your work.
Your work will drive our target audience to our platform, leverage relevant content to convert them into leads and customers, taking LandInsight’s inbound revenue to new heights!
Success in your mission means Landinsight is able to build a strong relationship with its target audience by helping them grow their business and showing them how we make that growth easy to achieve.
- Research industry-related topics (using online sources, interviews with experts and more)
- Create content for multiple platforms & purposes (website, blogs, articles, research reports, guides, white papers, etc.)
- Brainstorm and collaborate with the Content Manager and team to identify new content ideas
- Coordinate with the video and design team to turn copy into multimedia content
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase organic traffic
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, Journalist or similar role
- Strong copywriting and proofreading ability for all forms of copy
- Experience of creating a wide range of written content, especially long form content, for the top & middle of the inbound funnel
- Past experience of handling multiple projects at the same time, prioritise work and consistently meeting deadlines
Desired Skills & Experience
- Interaction with video content production, primarily in the form of writing scripts
- Excellent understanding of current SEO best practice
- Experience of Google Analytics and A/B testing
- Past experience of Hubspot CSM, or similar
- Experience of the property industry
