We are looking for a London City Manager to join our London team. You will be responsible for all things to do with the day to day operations in London. This will range from ensuring we are activating the correct number of couriers, monitoring performance KPIs to overseeing the implementation of trial projects as we expand with new clients into new verticals. This is a diverse role that requires some who is organised, motivated, data driven and has a creative outlook.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee day to day operations for the London market
Own key P&L elements
Devise strategy for achieving growth and profitability targets
Analyse data to identify operational problems, trends and improve existing processes
Drive operational improvements across courier sourcing, courier onboarding, supply & demand forecasting, quality analysis and payments
Work with technical teams (product and development) to propose, define and create new tools and features required to ensure we provide the best possible service for couriers and clients

REQUIREMENTS

2-5 years of relevant work experience
Extremely data driven/analytical - A central function of this role is to manage up with regard to your city’s performance so you must be able to understand and explain your KPIs
Clear and structured communicator
Independent, enterprising, self-starter who is comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility. Being responsible for London is no small feat and you must be willing and able to handle all that comes with such responsibility.
Good people skills
Data-driven, meticulous, and detail-oriented
Creativity and adaptability - You need to be able to understand problems and be able to think outside the box to devise both short and long term solutions
