Since launching in 2017, we have grown fast. We are now looking to recruit a full time Marketing Executive. The role will be responsible for growing our User base, and the number of relevant leads coming from digital and traditional marketing channels.
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with experience in designing and managing digital marketing campaigns, as well working with offline, traditional marketing channels. The role requires someone to work effectively at a day to-day level whilst also provide planning and direction in terms of growing the marketing function within the business.
Principle duties, responsibilities and accountabilities:
•Manage our core digital marketing channels, specifically;
•Design and report on effectiveness of marketing channels, via;
o GoogleAnalytics & Supermetrics
•Manage the cold & warm email marketing campaigns via;
o Mailchimp, Customer.io, Salesforce, GMass
•Create content for ad campaigns / Commission content from third parties
o Including using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Indesign or similar
•Measuring & reporting ROI from traditional job boards
•Input into the development of the Third Way brand (and that of sister business Montresor Legal)
•Design marketing initiatives for the launch of new site features and business lines.
•Identifying areas for improvement and implementing ideas effectively and on-budget
•Event planning and management
•At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.
•Experience in use of Social Media Advertising Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook in particular)
•Experience in Email Marketing Campaigns
•Website Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Supermetrics or similar)
•Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Indesign or similar)
•Recruitment industry experience helpful, but not essential
