By creating an innovative online platform, we are helping families to find trusted home carers for the people they love. We are not a care agency; we connect families with carers directly and provide families with simple tools to manage the scheduling, logistics and payment of care directly with a carer.
About the role...
As our Sales Consultant you will be responding to inbound leads and seeking out new sales opportunities through a variety of referral sources with a view to converting those leads into clients. You will help families to identify the right care for their loved ones, providing advice and support to find the perfect carers. You will be dealing with client problems and challenges and objection handling to help clients understand our service. You will be ensuring a great client experience end to end to help families build long term relationship with their carers.
A bit about you...
With a background in consultative or relationship sales, you'll be a natural people person who is able to build rapport with people from all walks of life. You'll be dedicated to creating the best experience for our clients, ensuring that all their queries are dealt with in a proactive and thorough way. You will be target driven and highly motivated to exceed expectations. Passionate about putting your skills towards social good, you'll be a real team player with a competitive spirit. A stickler for detail and an expert problem solver, you'll have no issue dealing with any situation that may arise! Experience in healthcare-related sales is a definite plus, but not essential.
