Job Description

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager who will support our Product and Marketing teams with data analysis and content operation management. You will help guide in-app content strategy and will liaise with the community creator management, marketing management and product management.


RESPONSIBILITIES

-Monitor data regarding in-app product features and draw insights to guide strategy to improve users’ experience
-Identify trending content concepts and tools both in and off platform
-Review in-app content daily and use internal software to drive content strategy
-Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on projects to improve users’ content experience
-Update music library database and ensure global trending sounds
-Manage the ordering and ingestion of new songs and their organisation on the CMS
-Add search tags to audio loops and video clips
-Drive localisation of selected markets in order to achieve growth
-Facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues
-Support marketing team by planning overall marketing timelines, producing project deliverables, and allocating
resources

REQUIREMENTS

-1+ years of work experience in a startup in a creative, marketing, and/or operations role
-Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organisation
-Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or other related fields
-Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and -managing multiple projects simultaneously
-Passionate about social media and tech savvy
-Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
-Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech and/or gen-z brand and/or entertainment industry
-Experience working in a fast-changing, hands-on work environment
