Urban is on a mission to democratise access to wellness on a global level with an on-demand app using cutting edge technology to connect thousands of passionate, high quality practitioners with people in need of a massage, osteopathy and other treatments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the execution of all marketing projects and tailored localised activities across UK & FR
• Plan, set up and maintain digital marketing campaigns (Paid Social, Paid/Organic Search, Display, Affiliates)
• Reporting and analysis of campaign results
• Continuous optimisation towards KPIs and AB testing for optimal results
• Identify new trends and opportunities in the market, evaluate new technologies and ensure Urban is at the forefront of industry developments
• Understanding what makes content engaging on various platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• 12 months prior experience in a digital agency or client side is preferred but not required
• Great organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work with different teams, and to demonstrate a flexibility to work across many projects at the same time
• Understanding of digital marketing landscape
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Positive and motivated people person
