We have an exciting opportunity within our Partner Success Networks team, a team responsible for managing and developing relationships across top-tier franchises and networks. This Partner Success Consultant role will specifically focus on our strategic accounts, those with networks, franchises, associations and multiple offices, both inside and outside of the top 100 firms in the UK. The Partner Success Consultant has the remit of ensuring successful onboarding of new network partners and their clients, collaborating closely with teams across the wider business.

The role will require the ability to sell the concept of successful onboarding to new network partners and their clients, identifying activities, patterns that produce the highest attach rate per partners in the quickest time.

Your day-to-day will include:
Proactively engaging with partners and their clients to ensure successful on-boarding; this might include delivering webinars, running email campaigns and delivering client events
Experimenting and innovating with techniques to ensure ongoing partner success
Building on existing reporting to enhance Receipt Bank's ability to track attach rate of partners clients
Collecting and collating feedback from partners to highlight key issues that may prevent increased attach rate
Collaborating with teams across the business (e.g. CX, Marketing, Product) to share any insights that can assist in evolving the client experience

PS - This role is London based but you must be able to travel to different client sites across the UK
