We're the definition of a fast-growing early-stage startup. We started 3 years ago as two guys in a flat, shipped 6,000 boxes without getting kicked out, running operations during day and coding at night. We've since raised a big seed round from top-tier investors and moved to a funky warehouse. Next stop? The world (via series A of course).
Here’s what bugs us
Small businesses bring great products to the market, which sell fast. That’s awesome. But, they struggle to scale their operations to keep up with order fulfilment, which puts a cap on their growth. That sucks.
We’ve built a service that lets independent retailers do what they do best - sell. This way, they don’t have to worry about orders getting to their customers and can just focus on growing their business.

We need someone to join our fledgling customer success team; a team that safeguards the company's growth by ensuring our customers have a first-class experience with us. It's a challenging role, balancing both commercial and experiential priorities, but get it right and it's one of the most rewarding in the company. You'll be responsible for:
Carrying customers through the on-boarding process (post sales) and set the tone for the excellent service they will receive,
Being the main point of escalation for customers, their guardian within the business,
Spotting opportunities to help customers grow their business, improving revenue in the process,
Helping to identify customers that are 'at risk' and set recovery plans in place to win them back round,
Ensuring that for every customer, we know what the love (and don't love) about our service,
Designing, rolling-out and continually reviewing how we 'recognise and reward',
Helping to determine, design and develop new content that better educates our customers around the Weengs service and product,
Ensuring smooth customer transitioning and training as product develops.
A little about you:
You're commercially minded, and driven by targets,
You LOVE people; more precisely, you've both a passion for and experience in building (professional) relationships,
You've got relevant experience; with a proven track record in B2B account management,
You're ambitious, driven & tenacious; we’re looking for someone who can both grow the role and their career at the same time,
You're unflappable; you can juggle everything, all at once. And, it doesn't get you down - you just keep on delivering,
You're flexible, adaptable and friendly; we need someone who can communicate with all corners of the business - tech, operations, product and commercial,
You're learned (kind of); you've got a 2:1 degree from a top tier university,
You're all about startups; with at least 1 year experience in a similar start up role.
