Sales and customer experience manager

Heartier is a high growth food-tech startup based in Battersea, London. We work with a network of butchers across the country, helping to get their amazing produce into the hands of our customers. So far, we've raised over £1.5m of funding as we aim to disrupt this huge market.

We're striving to create the best e-commerce offering in ethical fresh meat (think Deliveroo for butchers) and we’re launching a new tech platform to achieve this. We need a bright, ambitious and high energy individual to join the founding team and help to grow our subscriber base.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a small team, directly alongside the founder with no limits as to where the role may lead as we scale.

What will you be doing?
1. Outbound phone sales to warm, existing customers
2. Customer retention phone calls and emails
3. Helping to devise and execute new marketing strategies
4. Representing Heartier at events and promotional activities
5. Customer experience management

You’ll receive all the training that you need on the job but we do look for a few things:
1. Personable, confident on the phone and able to sell
2. Past experience working in sales / customer experience a bonus but not essential
3. Self-motivated, target driven and eager to learn
4. Flawless communication skills both verbal and written
5. Passion for food and desire to work in a fast paced startup environment
6. Space in your fridge for regular deliveries of steak!
