We are looking for a highly strategic and proactive Head of Account Management to join our London team. You’ll own client relationships for the top accounts within our growing portfolio of clients, including some of the world’s top brands, and will manage the Account Management team to support the delivery of the expected revenue and gross margin targets. You will be joining a great team at one of the most promising companies in Europe; surrounded by serial entrepreneurs passionate about disrupting existing models through state of the art technology.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage and build long-term relationships with our top tier accounts - you will be managing 5-10 Enterprise accounts
Implement processes and best practices to structure the Account Management Business Unit and ensure the greatest efficiency
Manage the team of Account Managers with performance KPIs set up and monitoring
Define key farming/ growth opportunities for both top accounts and all the client base, and directly drive revenue growth
Prepare regular reports and forecasts on main KPIs
Build long-term relationships with our top tier accounts
Proactively problem solve, identify issues and taking accountability and ownership for resolving them

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of relevant work experience in the logistics space, ie. FEDEX, UPS, ROYAL MAIL, DPD, DHL, AMAZON or in a Scale-up
Prior experience managing a team - people management, projects and processes ownership, track record of BU performance improvement
Strong use of insights and confidence around data-driven decision making
Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
Preferably experience in a high-growth business environment or startup
In depth understanding of how to build relationships with clients: how to communicate effectively with your clients, know their requirements in terms of delivery, how to address them, what are the most common issues and how to handle them
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to details
Be a good team player that will enjoy pitching in to help everyone succeed
