Lyvly is founded by a team of experienced and passionate entrepreneurs. Run by Phil Laney, Kim Hurd (founder and CEO of Tabl) and Alex Gruca (founder and CEO of Joivy) and backed by Sirj Khaliq (CTO of Climate Corp – sold for $1.1bn), Greg Marsh (founder of Onefinestay) and Simon Levene (founder of Mosaic).

We’re seeking the next generation of people to join us as we hit an exciting next stage in our journey. As one of the first people on team Lyvly (there’s currently 15 of us), you’ll be playing a pivotal role in shaping our future. This means you will be pumped by our mission and motivated by the desire to build something that will bring meaningful impact to people’s lives. It also means you are the sort of person who will run head first into the growing challenges an early stage startup faces and take responsibility for the impact you want to have.

We’re a rapidly growing startup and this is an opportunity to be a part of it from the start – crafting, creating and engaging the brand and community with inspired digital and physical content.

We’re looking for someone to manage communications and content marketing. You’ll be chatty, creative and excited by the idea of taking risks. If you’re funny – even by accident – then that’s definitely a plus.

We haven’t had a chance to shout about what we’re doing at Lyvly and you’ll be the person who will ead how we do this and you’ll also be able to build a killer communications brand from the bottom up.

You’d: *Define and build Lyvly’s brand through all things copy, content and communications *Plan, manage and produce creative content for the content calendar and all communication channels (newsletter, social, site, partnerships, etc) *Develop and lead partnerships and PR to get as many people as possible to know what we’re up to at Lyvly and creating relevant content for them *Help our community best tell their stories by working alongside the community to produce and edit engaging content (photos, videos, recipes and posts) and creating compelling copy *Head up our blog, including content planning and campaign ideas, getting as many people in our community as involved as possible *Engage and grow our audience on a daily basis across all platforms *Always have a creative hat on and never be afraid to try something new. Experience in affiliate marketing would be a bonus and/or ideas for a blog contribution scheme

Minimum of four years’ experience and a proven track record working within similar roles, preferably (but not essential) in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment.

Who we are looking for
You love the energy you get in working in a fast-paced environment, to be challenged and when everyday is different. You are ambitious, curious and constantly learning. Plus you’ll have noticed at least 5 errors in this JD.

A bit more about you, you’d: *Love what we’re here to do at Lyvly *Have exemplary communications skills in both written and spoken English, essential for this position *Have a passion for getting stuff done – Be willing to get your hands dirty, show hustle and take on whatever is needed to make this a success *Have a solid understanding of digital content, communications *Be well organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload *Be proactive and comfortable diving in or where help is needed *Be flexible but focused, you are able to work independently as well as with the team *Have impeccable attention to detail *Have the ability to create engaging and creative copy *Be knowledgeable of and enjoy social media

And you should: *Be able to use inDesign, Photoshop, video editing software, WordPress, Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor would be a huge plus *Have some experience of analysing metrics and data to guide decisions and make recommendations *Be comfortable working in a fast-paced role with moving targets and changing deadlines. Don’t worry we have plenty of coffee and a great team of people on-boar *Have a sense of humour – we’re all human and laughter goes a long way :)
