About the role
As a result of our growth plans, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join us. You will be part of a newly-formed Operations function at Vita Mojo and help to manage business-critical projects from initial inception to final delivery, acting as one of the most influential contributors in the company.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, your project portfolio will span across the entire business: Business Development, Design, Marketing, Operations, Data, Success, Finance and Engineering. The Project Coordinator will own the entire project lifecycle from initiation, planning, and execution to closure. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to bring key stakeholders together and deliver results that WOW.

End-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects
Project scoping, resource allocation and budget management, using the most efficient systems and processes.
Collaboration and communication with the wider business, acting as an interface and specialist in your area.
Closely support the Head of Operations, Business Development and Head of Success and keeping everyone up-to-date as needed.
Track, prioritise and resolve issues and risks throughout the project process.
Manage the planning, initiation and delivery of a series of projects
Ensure that tasks are clearly coordinated, delivered to timescale and that specifications are agreed with colleagues, gaining full agreement of any external partners involved.
Provide resource, schedule and cost estimates for potential new projects.
Initiate and maintain all project artifacts such as regular status updates, plans, timelines and resourcing estimates. Initiate and run regular standup meetings, update sessions and workshops as needed.

About you
The ability to get the best out of people. You naturally bring people together and encourage collaboration in order to achieve our company goals.
Excellent analytical problem solving skills. You approach any issue with a positive, creative and flexible attitude.
Project and time management. You can juggle ongoing and multiple projects and relationships which require organisation, detail, prioritisation, deep thinking, and delivering outcomes.
An entrepreneurial mindset. You’re a self-starter who thrives on finding creative solutions to problems.
Results-driven. You’re most excited when you can see a tangible impact from your day-to-day work.
Adaptable and able to cope with ambiguity. Despite best laid project plans, you will be able to adapt when priorities change and evolve, and have a keen eye for identifying new opportunities as they arise and the flexibility to adjust course accordingly.
Proactive and self-confident. You have an active interest in startups and business operations, project management and the drive to get stuck in across a range of projects.
Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in written English is essential, with a style focused on building human relationships. You’re comfortable using a variety of mediums to communicate.

The musts:

Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, Office, Project and PowerPoint.

Not essential but will set you apart if you have them!
Project management experience
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Restaurant experience, whether as a server, operator, manager, etc.

Work perks
As a small but growing company, teamwork and good cultural fit are vital to our success. While we hire for specific roles, we often need everyone to pitch in and offer creative solutions for the challenges presented by life in a startup. As our company grows, we also want our people to grow with us by understanding their own strengths and areas to develop. We encourage anyone with a positive, considerate and solution-oriented approach to life and work to join us.

Your hours - As a company, we believe in freedom of choice and let you set your own hours. If you’re an early riser, come in as early as you like or if you need to do the morning school run, come in a bit later. At the end of the day, the work needs to be done but we also need you to balance that with life. We hope we can enable you to do both.
Your wellness - Health and wellness is important to us and want you to be your best self. We will cover the cost of your gym membership and if you want to head to the gym in the middle of the day to burn off some steam, no problem. On top of that, we give you science-backed health insights with the help of our DNA and blood testing partners.
Food and drink - We stock all the coffee and tea you can drink, fruit deliveries and a team breakfast before our weekly all-hands meeting. Take advantage of our very own Vita Mojo restaurant minutes away from the office for your lunch.
Your tech kit - As a tech company, we want to supply you with the best hardware to get the job done. We will set you up with your basic kit when you start and anything else you need once you have some time to get your feet on the ground.
Your development - We take personal and professional growth seriously and believe in pushing ourselves to take on new challenges. We encourage everyone to organically share with each other. With quarterly company offsites, an extensive company library, workshops, online courses and simply by working in a challenging environment, learning is essential to our mission.
Your work environment - We moved into bright and spacious offices at the end of 2018. With lots of natural light, a jungle of plants, meditation room and space to relax and focus on what you need to do, there is a little bit of something for everyone.
Your social spirit - We host office parties and socials, including weekly drinks on Fridays and genuinely enjoy spending time with each other. Come for a coffee or chat - you can usually find people in the kitchen chatting about the latest work challenge or the most recent episode of something, especially if food or snacks are involved.
