About the role
As a result of our growth plans, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join us. You will be part of a newly-formed Operations function at Vita Mojo and help to manage business-critical projects from initial inception to final delivery, acting as one of the most influential contributors in the company.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, your project portfolio will span across the entire business: Business Development, Design, Marketing, Operations, Data, Success, Finance and Engineering. The Project Coordinator will own the entire project lifecycle from initiation, planning, and execution to closure. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to bring key stakeholders together and deliver results that WOW.
The day-to-day
End-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects
Project scoping, resource allocation and budget management, using the most efficient systems and processes.
Collaboration and communication with the wider business, acting as an interface and specialist in your area.
Closely support the Head of Operations, Business Development and Head of Success and keeping everyone up-to-date as needed.
Track, prioritise and resolve issues and risks throughout the project process.
Manage the planning, initiation and delivery of a series of projects
Ensure that tasks are clearly coordinated, delivered to timescale and that specifications are agreed with colleagues, gaining full agreement of any external partners involved.
Provide resource, schedule and cost estimates for potential new projects.
Initiate and maintain all project artifacts such as regular status updates, plans, timelines and resourcing estimates. Initiate and run regular standup meetings, update sessions and workshops as needed.

Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in written English is essential, with a style focused on building human relationships. You’re comfortable using a variety of mediums to communicate.
