We’re looking for a data-driven, creative and tenacious team member to join our London-based team and take the lead on growth. This includes increasing the number of practices using our software, increasing adoption by users in those practices and increasing usage. 


About us
Our aim is to fix communication in healthcare
We help GP practices communicate with their patients, with their team, and with other teams involved in a patient’s care
We’re growing fast, and are used in almost 20% of GP practices in the country
 


About you
You make data-driven decisions and are good at testing hypotheses rapidly
You can take growth approaches from outside our sector (typically from B2B and B2C software) and test them out in healthcare to build a playbook for growth
You’re a self-starter and can develop and follow your own plans towards a goal
Where a change in the company is required, you have the confidence to tell us what to do
You can go out and talk to our users, to understand the qualitative side of growth
You’ve got experience in growth or an analytical role (e.g. consulting)
You have excellent data analysis skills, and can work wonders with Excel
You can run A/B and multivariate testing
You can learn technical skills quickly (e.g. building SQL queries in Microsoft Application Insights)
You thrive in a culture of feedback – giving it and receiving it
You might have experience with lifecycle/retention notifications and emails
You care about making healthcare better for patients and staff. (You don’t need a healthcare background, but let us know if you have one!)
 


Job Responsibilities
Practice Growth
In 12 months, we’ve grown from being used in 0% of NHS GP practices to 20%. We need someone to take us to 100%. You’ll lead our work on growth and find clever ways to get us there. When we go international, you’ll also kick growth off in another country.


 


Team Adoption
In every practice, we need the entire team using us. And as we rely on bottom-up adoption, we do this by creating a great product, not by chasing people up. You’ll test scalable ways of driving up this adoption across the team, including network effects and product incentives.


 


Usage and retention
In 2019, we want to provide value for every patient contact, and that means we need to become a routine part of the workflow. You’ll come up with clever ways to increase usage, including behavioural nudges and design improvements. You’ll also identify new use cases from innovative users, and make those the norm in other practices.
