We are looking for a consultant/freelancer with experience in developing financial business processes for small to medium sized organisations.
The project involves optimising our existing processes and/or designing and implementing processes that will fundamentally enable: profitability forecasting, cashflow monitoring, and controls around expenses/costs.
The individual will need experience with Xero, and be able to navigate the challenge of dealing with multiple currencies across multiple subsidiaries.
This will initially be a three month contract, with direct support and guidance from the CFO & Co-Founder and the COO.
Key attributes and skills:
Experience using Xero
Experience designing and implementing accounting/bookkeeping/financial systems within multi-region or multi-currency SMEs
Systematic and logical way of working
Great understanding and empathy of different roles within an organisation
Desire to solve problems and find solutions
Strong reporting and willingness to be accountable
You will be based out of our London office (Bermondsey tube), with some flexibility on remote working and hours depending on strong project delivery.
