You’ll be expected to manage all queries relating to visas and ensure that our CRM system is updated with accurate information about the stage the candidate is at in their visa process
You’ll also be expected to spend a considerable amount of time out of the office, meeting participants face-to-face to offer support and assistance during the visa process.
During our busy period, you’ll likely spend the mornings at the visa centre and the afternoons in the office responding to queries and updating our systems
You’ll develop skills in account management by liaising with our visa agents and strengthening our relationships with them
Admissions Support (10%):
The role also includes an element of offering support to our UK-based Admissions Team by assisting with their Admission Advising Calls where needed and helping them ensure we’ve got accurate information about prospective participants and their current stage in the application process
Although not the main focus of the role, the candidate may be asked to offer support when and where needed to the University Partnership team with conference/event planning or outreach at university fair
There may also be other areas of the business which you may be asked to assist with in some capacity, for example Marketing, Finance or Operations and HR
