The Job; in short:
You’re going to be selling but purely into our client base (of 200+ customers). Revenue growth and retention will be the key elements of this role.

The Company; in short:
ResponseiQ helps businesses to generate our clients more revenue by increasing inbound phone calls and speeding up response times. 50% of people who trial it sign up and nobody leaves.

The Office; in short:
It’s in Angel, it’s new, we have a pool table, and there’s free booze on a Thursday.

We don’t need to hear how your trip to Thailand opened your eyes to how important startups are, but we’d love to hear how you think you’d be a good fit for us, and us for you.

You; in full:
Having both outbound telesales experience and strong account management experience is a must.

You’re confident, smart and very organised… but not boring, never boring.

You can’t be afraid of getting on the phone and making noise in the office, you’re a hard worker who has tenacity and enthusiasm for; 1. making money and 2. seeing a business grow because of what you have done. You need to have a passion for being successful, your role is going to have a lot of scope for growth and if you’re good, you could be making a lot of money, as well as having your own team under you in the not-too-distant future. You need to be able to think on your feet without getting flustered and must have a lot of ambition.

You’re sociable, outgoing and don’t shy away from a good night out if one is on the cards.

Us; in full:
This time two years ago there were just 2 of us, now there are close to 40 worldwide, in 4 countries, with 10 in the London office.

I’m Sam and am the Sales & Development Director. I have over 12 years of experience in new business sales, including extensive training and management experience.

Scott is the Founder & CEO and comes from a financial background. He left the corporate world to start ResponseiQ and is an incredibly hard worker, leading by example.

The sales team are tenacious, far from workshy and we genuinely like each other (or we’re hiding it well, I’ve not worked that out yet). We’re looking for people we want to spend time with outside the office.

The Job; in full:
As Account/Customer Success Manager, you will be an integral part of ResponseiQ’s growth. This is a fully supported role with a huge amount of training, but you will also have the freedom to make the role yours, I’m looking for someone to tell me how things should be done.

We have around 250 clients paying us anywhere between £20 all the way to over £10,000 per month; this role will be focused on growing our current clients’ spend with the addition of new products as well as retaining our current client base.

It will require meticulous attention to detail and a real drive to hunt out revenue opportunities, you’ll need excellent relationship building skills
