At Unmortgage we enable everyone to live in the home they want. We are opening up home ownership by co-investing with people who haven't been able to buy yet. Over the next 18 months we will help 2,000 customers find their dream home.

Reporting to Jude Kynaston, Head of Marketing, you will support the growth of the customer base through data driven conversion and owning and optimising the customer conversion funnel.

Who you are

You’ll have B2C marketing and growth experience within a data driven environment. You’ll enjoy analytics, metrics setting and achieving goals.
You’ll have worked across paid, owned and earned activities. You’ll have found the right balance to achieve successful responses and results.
You’ll be naturally analytical, with a curious mindset and able to adapt quickly to results and new findings.

The skills you’ll have

You’ll understand the dynamics within a startup environment having worked with Designers and Developers before. You’re able to adapt to to different styles showing empathy, objectivity and emotional intelligence to help them understand and balance different priorities to deliver the best results.
You’ll have experience working with growth hacking tools. For example: Optimizely for A/B testing, Mailchimp for email campaigns, Hubspot for CRM and how to consistently get the best out of Adwords. You’ll know paid social inside out. We’re keen to hear of any more, we’re looking for you to up our game when it comes to best in class growth strategies.
You’ll be able to support UX/UI design/wireframing to help visualise feature requests.
You’ll be skilled at managing stakeholder buy-in at a senior level.

What you’ll do

You’ll be optimising our direct prospecting activities and conversion funnel. You’ll have creative ideas and a solution focussed mindset.
You’ll be developing and executing retention activities, this may be through community building and social media. You have previous experience with both.
You’ll optimise the product funnel for acquisition and conversion. You’ll have data driven reasoning behind suggesting improvements based on continuous testing.

The tools you’ll use

You’ll be familiar with professional digital advertising suites.
Reporting, excel is a must. You’ll be a pro at Google Analytics.
You’ll have worked with a social media management platform, Hootsuite, Sendable, Buffer.

Salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum.
