Are you a Digital Marketer with organic and paid ad experience, who loves a vibrant and disruptive opportunity? Then this role is for you! is a marketplace curating and selling products for high street retailers in the UK. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a disruptive team operating from the exciting Xingcubator office in Oxford Circus.

We are a fast paced, passionate and extremely hard working team in a growing start-up ready to scale– we need a team who out-smart the competition, can plan strategically, understand that marketing needs measurable outcomes and can drive hard results.


• Develop & oversee the marketing strategy, inbound marketing strategy, affiliate marketing strategy, Retention marketing strategy and Communication plan for b2b and b2c.
• Execute ideas to materially impact revenue goals with the aim of driving growth fast.
• Review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
• Refine the organization’s social media strategy
• Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
• Work with the CEO and management team to identify opportunities
• Be the voice of the market by understanding Influencer, user needs, and social networking.


• 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience – must have experience working in a start-up environment, and growing a product user base.
• Ability to coordinate full marketing plans
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results
• Experienced, strategic leader and developed understanding of social and digital landscape.
• Both creative and analytical – ability to generate ideas and rigorously analyze their performance to understand how we can improve.

Key skills

Digital marketing - concentrate on driving traffic and converting sales. Working with the lead dev to make changes to best suit the CVR. So you need to be a clear thinker and good communicator. You will work directly to the CEO.

Analytical skills: The role calls for the continual analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors.
