Are you a people person with a clear passion for the fashion industry and a strong interest in the world of technology? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our Client Support Team.

You’ll work directly with our Zedonk Support Specialists to ensure our 700+ clients are given the best possible assistance. There’s plenty of room for someone who is ambitious and wants to grow their career with a company that has revolutionised the industry.

The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and have the ability to take on responsibility from day one. You will become an invaluable member of our team by engaging in development meetings with all departments and work towards the same goal, keeping our Zedonkers happy!


Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
Legal right to work and is currently based in the UK.
2+ years’ experience within the fashion industry or technology industry.
Zedonk knowledge is preferable but not essential.
Inquisitive nature, a critical thinker and problem solver.
Attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple tasks.
Written and verbal communication skills to a high standard, languages are a plus.
Strong computer skills with an understanding of digital software products and web technologies.
Team player who can build relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Confident, enthusiastic and open-minded personality.


Dealing with client enquiries promptly, clearly and effectively.
Responding to Helpdesk tickets, email and phone support.
Managing diary, booking in calls and training sessions.
Providing face-to-face and online training directly to clients.
Troubleshooting and making sure clients are aware of software capabilities and overall functions.
Identifying and communicating system issues to our technical team.
Influencing and supporting the development of Zedonk as a whole.
Working in a fast-paced and focused environment.
