We are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Executive who can work over one or both weekend days. You could work Sunday-Thursday, Friday-Tuesday etc and we can be flexible around this, so long as you can work at least one weekend day.
You’ll be joining our 16-strong Operations and Customer Success team. Your responsibilities will include:
-Providing support to customers and cleaners by phone, email, social media and chat
-Troubleshooting and finding smart solutions to any issues
-Communicating clearly and concisely
-Serving as a brand representative for Housekeep
-Sharing user feedback with our Product and Technology team
We are based in central London, in Clerkenwell EC1.
You will have:
1) Good education
2) Professional working experience, preferably at a start up
3) Strong problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude
4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluent English
5) Passion for working in a start up and at Housekeep
