By listing all the cars listed by UK dealers, and enabling our users to search using natural language, we aim to provide a simpler car search experience. Carsnip sells Pay Per Click advertising to car retailers, and for many we are now an integral part of their marketing mix.

This predominantly office based role will see you manage your own new business pipeline of used car retailers.

In 2018 Carsnip was acquired by Oodle Car Finance. Carsnip is now an integral part of the Direct To Consumer initiatives for this fast growing fintech.
Oodle Car Finance is an award winning car finance provider, offering HP finance to all consumer profiles, and is growing at over 600% year on year.

You will be based out of our Bingham, Nottingham office, and report directly to the Commercial Director.

In this role you will:
Be responsible for new business sales:
- Driving customer success outcomes through being the dealers PPC consultant.
- Onboarding new dealers for our advertising solutions.
- Contacting dealers to pitch advertising solutions.
- Manage a range of communication methods for dealers, including phone, livechat, email and social.
- Agree and close deals for advertising with a typical minimum length of 3 months.
- Work your own pipeline, supported by our CRM, and be responsible for hitting your sales and revenue targets.

Be responsible for account management:
- Ensure high satisfaction through delivering valued relationships.
- Maximising client experiences and increasing spend rates for your owned accounts.
- Expanding our revenue in accounts through cross selling and up-selling packages.

We are looking for someone with:
- Around 1+ years of experience in a customer telesales role, managing a portfolio of clients and closing deals on the telephone.
- Clear evidence of commercial awareness with the proven ability to spot opportunities within your portfolio.
- An inclination for results-driven process and strategies together with a strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
- A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Most importantly we are looking for people with the right attitude, who will help build strong relationships with our clients and who will be passionate about Carsnip’s services to help grow and support our clients businesses.
