Who Are We

Pass the Keys is a dynamic, fast-growing short-term let management company. We manage hundreds of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and HomeAway across 11 cities in the UK. We are backed by a prominent VC firm and we are an official Airbnb partner.

To support us in our growth journey, we are now hiring for a Head of Growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Head of Growth will be responsible for delivery of the Pass the Keys growth strategy.

The Role

Our growth department combines both sales & marketing. We have recently integrated the two departments to foster collaboration and drive shared ownership of successes, as well as failures, in our mission towards our company goals. As such, we consider the customer acquisition journey as one project.

Starting with marketing, the Head of Growth will make sure we’re executing both high-quality and high-value campaigns. You will be in charge of delivering both on time and on budget.

After lead generation, the growth department needs to convert those leads into customers. The Head of Growth will be responsible for overseeing this process, and success metrics will include both overall conversion rates, as well as cost per acquisition.

This is a senior role that will have people management accountability for a large team. You will be responsible for managing, retaining, engaging and empowering this team, and representing them within the senior management team.

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee marketing:
Manage team
Manage budget
Develop (with CGO) marketing strategy
Develop new campaigns
Manage the delivery of marketing strategy
Process & report on marketing data

Oversee sales:
Manage team
Ensure cohesion between sales & marketing
Process sales data & performance
Maintain conversion rates

What We Are Looking For


Management Skills: you will be managing a large team, and therefore responsible for ensuring performance is optimised and that they have the necessary tools and coaching to succeed


Communication: you will be responsible for effectively managing messaging both to your team and up to the senior leadership team, as well as acting as a PTK ambassador at external events/ meetings

Analytical skills: we are a data-driven company. We are looking for someone whose decisions are based on quantitative evidence

Strategic decision making & ownership: you will be largely responsible for the overall growth of the business, covering both marketing & sales. You will be required to deliver on targets, as well as identify issues and proactively resolve them. You will have ownership over your success, but also over everything else, including your failures
