Zava are Europe’s leading online Doctor, having provided over 2 million treatments across 6 European countries. We’ve built an online medical platform that connects patients with doctors, pharmacies and test laboratories - providing safe, efficient and non-judgemental care.
Despite this success we still view this as early days and are always looking for new ways to improve our service and offer increased services to patients.
Therefore, we now are looking to grow a team with a Senior Business Analyst to help us grow our patient offering further and continue as Europe’s leading online doctor service.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has background of strategy and executing business plans. You must be someone who has experience working in a high-growth start up or fast paced business assisting with solving complex issues and helping a business grow services or create new ones.
As Senior Business Analyst you will work with teams across the business, understanding our customers and their needs- our competitors and how we can continue to beat them and crucially understanding how we can continue to provide better and more diverse service to our patients.
As Senior Business Analyst you will:
Inform strategic decisions that will aid business growth and help build our next generation of products.
Understand competitors and be aware of market conditions and changes.
Be an expert of all things customer and understand which services need to be improved
Provide expert commercial strategy guidance in terms of pricing, opportunity and regulatory environment.
You will build business cases for identified opportunities.
You will track and monitor the successes of key initiatives.
Background and skills required for the Senior Business Analyst:
Experience in analysing business information and providing accurate insights to senior stakeholders.
Ability to work closely with a diverse range of decision makers and build solutions based on multiple levels of feedback.
Excellent knowledge of business modelling (financial, scenario, risk)
Excellent commercial and business acumen- can spot opportunities and build business cases informed by great data.
Humble about your work and able to be someone that can bring people together to understand a key business goal.
Self-starter and can use initiative to investigate business opportunities.
Entrepreneurial attitude- experience in a start-up or even running your own business would be advantageous.
Knowledge of the healthcare/health-tech sector would be highly beneficial.
