We are a young startup looking for hungry people to come here work hard, make an impact and kickstart their career - We are growing quickly and need a highly motivated, bubbly, affectionate and empathetic client care representative with a passion for startups, health and fitness and is looking to make a real impact in the fitness industry, then apply to work with us today.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We want you to love our clients, treat them likes friends and make every single one of them who joins our community feel like family.

We want you to come up with exciting affectionate ideas to delight our clients and help motivate them to continue working to change their lives through health and fitness.

We want you to timely respond to our leads and make sure they are followed up on throughout the client lifecycle - giving them the very best chance to achieve their fitness goals.

We want you to respond to our personal trainer and client support queries over WhatsApp, email, live chat and phone as they arise.

We want you to introduce new processes and take control of driving client happiness over time.

Communicate directly to the CEO about feedback and key issues.

Work towards monthly targets.

Key Requirements:

You're a self-starter, someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who has the ambition to become successful and is happy to work very hard.
You’re a real self-starter and you have the ability to own responsibility and deliver results.
You’re a people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You’re confident speaking on the phone.
You can easily adapt as no day at WeGym is the same.
You’re a team player and are happy to get stuck into any task we may throw your way.
You can multitask, especially in high-stress situations.
You have great attention to detail.

Cultural Requirements:

We are hustlers and a team of three - so you will be expected to work hard, work independently and contribute ideas towards furthering the success of the mission which is to bring personalised fitness to the masses in a fun, community-centric and affection way.

We are still small and scrappy so expect things to be broken, continually improving and to be fast-paced.

You will have to eat sh** occasionally and grind through the difficult parts of the role to ensure we are moving the needle.

We are less driven by monitoring days in the office or the time you come in but we do measure targets and we do care about maximising potential.

We are a close team, almost like a little family, we care for each other, we have fun together and we show up and put in the work - working at wegym is like joining another family.

We are sassy af so please be ready for emojis...

We work out as a team at least once a week so please be ready to drop a squat, like it's hot.

We believe in personal development so reading ( #audible ) / self study /courses/retreats/fitness/wellness is super encouraged in this team!
